营运车辆大部分装用远光和近光双光束灯,在国标GB 18565—2001《营运车辆综合性能要求和检验方法》第8.1.3条中规定:“汽车装用远光和近光双光束灯时以调整近光光束为主。”笔者认为这一要求值得商榷,现从调整、检测工艺性、行驶车速和检测设备误差等几个方面来进行分析,与同行共同探讨。1 从调整方面分析双光束灯远、近光的夹角由制造厂制造保证。由检测标准可知,近光光束高度误差范围为0.2H(H为前照灯基准中心高度),远光光束高度误差范围为0.05H,两者的控制范围相差4倍。从控制方面,标准
