幼儿园因为教育对象幼儿身心稚嫩,又称幼稚园。然而,幼稚园不等于教育可以幼稚,“幼稚”教育更不应该是幼稚的教育;恰恰相反,“幼稚”教育更需要“成熟”。成熟的“幼稚”教育应该有三大特征:机体成熟、机能成熟和机制成熟。成熟,需要理性,需要情感,需要行动。但更需要一个体系性成熟,而不是只寄希望于某一个环节。只有这样,才有望“幼稚”教育不幼稚。
Kindergarten children because of education, physical and mental tenderness, also known as kindergarten. However, kindergarten does not mean that education can be naive, and “naive” education should not be naive education; on the contrary, “immature ” education needs more “maturity ”. Mature “childish ” education should have three characteristics: the body is mature, mature and mature mechanism. Mature, needs reason, needs emotion, needs action. But more needs a systematic maturity, rather than just hope in a certain link. Only in this way can we hope that “naive” education is not naive.
