钢包喂Ca-Si线工艺参数的优化研究

采用均匀设计的试验设计方法对天津钢管公司炼钢厂钢包喂线工艺进行了优化研究。研究表明:试验条件下,较低的喂线速度和较大的喂线量有利于喂线后钢水中钙的回收率ηCa的提高,钢中锰和铝的存在有利于ηCa的提高;喂线量和钢水温度对连铸中间包内钢水的总钙含量Σ[Ca]TD具有正面影响,喂线后钢水的停留时间和喂线前钢水的硫含量对Σ[Ca]TD具有负面影响。研究还给出了连铸中间包内钢水中总钙含量的预报方程。 The uniform design of the experimental design method was used to optimize the ladle feeding process in Tianjin Steel Pipe Company. The results showed that under the experimental conditions, the lower feeding speed and the larger feeding amount were beneficial to the increase of calcium recovery ηCa in the molten steel after feeding, and the presence of manganese and aluminum in the steel was beneficial to the increase of ηCa. The amount of molten steel and molten steel temperature have a positive effect on the total calcium content Σ [Ca] TD of molten steel in the continuous casting tundish, and the residence time of the molten steel and the sulfur content of the molten steel before feeding have a negative effect on Σ [Ca] TD. The study also gives the prediction equation of total calcium in molten steel in continuous casting tundish.
