培训开发的内涵是让员工目前或未来对工作有更强的胜任力、适应力和创新能力,途径是让员工掌握相应的知识技能,目的是为了提高组织的绩效。但是,企业员工培训开发面临着各种各样的风险,这些风险直接影响着成本、收益以及企业的投资决策,从知识技能管理的角度来分析企业的培训开发及其风险,并提出相应的对策和策略,对于企业培训开发风险的防范有一定的启示。本文从培训收益、成本及期望净收益的角度探讨了企业培训风险的产生原因,从知识技能的角度分析了培训风险的产生机制,并提出了企业防范和化解培训开发风险的知识技能管理策略。
The connotation of training and development is to make employees present or future work more competent, adaptable and innovative ability, the way is to allow employees to master the appropriate knowledge and skills, the purpose is to improve the performance of the organization. However, employee training and development face a variety of risks, which directly affect the cost, revenue and investment decision-making of enterprises, from the perspective of knowledge and skills management to analyze the training and development of enterprises and their risks, and propose appropriate countermeasures And strategy, there is some enlightenment for the prevention of enterprise training and development risk. This paper discusses the causes of corporate training risk from the perspectives of training revenue, cost and expected net income. It analyzes the mechanism of training risk from the perspective of knowledge and skills and puts forward the knowledge and skills management tactics to prevent and resolve training risk.
