为了全面贯彻科学发展观,实现经济建设、城乡建设和环境建设的协调发展,我国各大城市加快了对环境治理的力度。河道是城市的灵魂,作为城市环境建设的一部分,各地针对目前河道普遍存在的污染严重、行洪排水不畅、景观效果差等问题进行综合治理。北京自1998年以来就开展了大规模的城市河道综合治理工程,先后完成了昆玉河、南护城河、清河、转河、凉水河等河道的综合治理工作,目前正在建设的还有北护城河、亮马河、坝河、北小河等。作为水利规划设计人员在设计理念上经历了从工程水利向资源水务的转变过程,不断认知河流的自然属性,从河道的不同功能定位上去诠释每一条河道。取得了一定效果,但在设计过程中也面临着诸多的具体问题,现总结如下,共同探讨。

As a designer of water conservancy, he has undergone the process of changing from engineering water conservancy to resource and water conservancy in terms of design concept. He constantly recognizes the natural attributes of rivers and interprets each river channel from different functional orientation of the river. Achieved some results, but in the design process is also faced with many specific issues, are summarized as follows, to discuss.
