本文探讨了基于ANSYS参数化有限元分析过程的设计优化包含三大变量,设计变量、状态变量、目标函数:最终的优化目的,ANSYS提供了两种主要的优化方法:零阶方法,一阶方法。在此基础上对机架结构进行了结构优化设计,达到了减轻自重的目的。为今后利用现代方法设计抽油机机架起到了一个很好的引导作用。
In this paper, the design optimization of parametric finite element analysis based on ANSYS includes three major variables, design variables, state variables, objective function: the final optimization purposes, ANSYS provides two main optimization methods: zero order method, first order method . On this basis, the structural optimization of the rack structure has been designed to achieve the purpose of reducing weight. For the future use of modern methods to design a pumping unit rack has played a very good guiding role.
