天然气生产和加工过程中的生产性有害因素对工人机体可有不良作用。由于生产过程的机械化程度不足,生产环境中出现的毒气、粉尘、噪声、体力消耗,可引致机体的外伤、烧伤、皮肤病等发生。天然气主要由甲烷、乙烷、丙烷和丁烷组成,有时也含有戊烷、己烷、二氧化碳、氮、硫化氢等。当开采天然气时,气井中有许多化学物质排入大气。许多含汞的测量仪器也可使汞蒸气污染生产环境中的大气。天然气分离时,上述各种气体可污染工人操作地带,浓度高时则将引致机体的不良反应。用爆破法进行井下作业时,可产生大量的毒气和粉尘并超过允许浓度若干倍。
Productive hazards in natural gas production and processing can have adverse effects on the worker’s body. Due to the lack of mechanization in the production process, poisonous gas, dust, noise and physical exertion occurring in the production environment may cause trauma, burns and skin diseases of the body to occur. Natural gas is mainly composed of methane, ethane, propane and butane, and sometimes also contains pentane, hexane, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide and so on. When producing natural gas, there are many chemicals in the well that are released into the atmosphere. Many mercury-containing measuring instruments also allow mercury vapor to contaminate the atmosphere in the production environment. Gas separation, the various gases can contaminate the workers operating zone, the concentration will lead to the body’s adverse reactions. Blasting method for underground operations, can produce a lot of gas and dust and exceed the allowable concentration several times.
