阐述了建筑施工项目人才流失的现状和原因;从博弈的视角,构建了建筑企业激励与项目人才流失的博弈模型,并运用演化博弈论分析博弈双方的演化稳定策略。结果表明:项目人才工资和建筑企业给予项目人才的激励以及对因跳槽而采取的处罚措施是造成项目人才流失的重要原因,建筑企业必须通过采取针对性的措施才能有效地控制项目人才流失。
Expounds the present situation and reasons of brain drain in construction projects; from the perspective of game theory, constructs the game model of construction enterprise incentive and project brain drain, and uses the evolutionary game theory to analyze the evolutionary stability strategy of both sides of the game. The results show that project talent salary and incentives given by construction enterprises to project talents and penalties for job-hopping are the important reasons causing project brain drain. Construction enterprises must take targeted measures to effectively control project brain drain.
