透明细胞肉瘤(Clear cell sarcoma,CCS)是一种罕见的软组织恶性肿瘤,最常发生于年轻人的四肢远端,发病率约占所有软组织肉瘤1%左右,由于其组织形态多变易误诊。就我院所见1例CCS结合文献探讨其病理学特征、诊断要点。
Clear cell sarcoma (CCS) is a rare malignant tumor of soft tissue that occurs most frequently in the distal extremities of young adults and accounts for about 1% of all soft tissue sarcomas. Misdiagnosis may occur due to its variable morphology. A case of CCS seen in our hospital with the literature to explore the pathological features of CCS, diagnostic points.
