目的了解尤溪县医疗机构消毒质量现况,为预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》、GB 15982《医院消毒卫生标准》的要求,对2011-2013年尤溪县各级医疗机构消毒监测数据进行统计分析。结果共采样1 295份,总合格率为82.3%,2011-2013年合格率分别为87.8%、85.8%和76.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=24.33,P<0.01);县级医疗机构监测合格率最高(96.6%),小型医疗机构最低(73.4%);室内空气总合格率最高(96.9%),其次分别为医用液体(87.1%)和医务人员手(84.3%),物体表面监测合格率最低(68.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=72.32,P<0.01)。结论尤溪县医疗机构消毒质量总体一般,乡镇和小型医疗机构消毒质量还需进一步提高,应加强消毒监督监测。 Objective To understand the current situation of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Youxi County and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods According to the requirements of “Technical Specifications of Disinfection” and “Sterilization Standard of Hospital” in GB 15982 of Ministry of Health, the data of disinfection and monitoring of medical institutions at all levels in Youxi from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed statistically. Results A total of 1 295 samples were collected, with a total pass rate of 82.3%. The pass rates in 2011-2013 were 87.8%, 85.8% and 76.2% respectively, with statistical significance (χ ~ 2 = 24.33, P <0.01) The highest passing rate of medical institutions (96.6%) and the lowest rate of small medical institutions (73.4%); the highest passing rate of indoor air (96.9%), followed by medical liquid (87.1%) and medical staff (84.3% The lowest rate of surface monitoring (68.0%), the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 72.32, P <0.01). Conclusion The general quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Youxi County is general, and the disinfection quality in towns and small medical institutions needs to be further improved. Supervision and monitoring of disinfection should be strengthened.
