本文以人白血病细胞株K_(562)为实验模型,通过体外液体培养,研究了白血病细胞诱导剂的作用。实验结果表明;氯化血红素只诱导细胞产生血红蛋白,无抑制细胞生长作用;丁酸钠不诱导细胞产生血红蛋白,但抑制细胞生长;阿糖胞苷和三尖杉酯碱在毒性浓度时可诱导细胞产生血红蛋白。提示:氯化血红素和丁酸钠临床应用价值不大;阿糖胞苷和三尖杉酯碱的毒性作用和诱导分化是互相联系的,临床小剂量治疗白血病人时,仍存在纲胞毒性的可能,其作用机理可能是细胞毒性、诱导分化和细胞敏感性的结合。
