用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对88例各种肾小球疾病患儿作尿微量白蛋白(MALB)测定.结果显示,与正常对照组相比,原发型肾病综合征、紫癜性肾病、狼疮性肾炎组尿MALB含量均显著升高(P<0.01),而单纯型过敏性紫癜及单纯性血尿组未见升高(P>0.05);肾病综合征组高于急性肾炎组,紫癜性肾病组又高于紫癜性肾炎组.结果表明,尿MALB含量主要与临床分型相关,尿MALB检测可用于了解肾小球滤过膜通透性,可敏感反映肾小球疾病较早期的病变情况,是临床检测肾脏疾病的有效手段.
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure urine microalbumin (MALB) in 88 children with various glomerular diseases. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, the urinary MALB content of primary nephrotic syndrome, purpuric nephropathy and lupus nephritis group were significantly increased (P <0.01), while the simple type of allergic purpura and simple hematuria (P> 0.05). Nephrotic syndrome group was higher than acute nephritis group and purpuric nephropathy group was higher than purpura nephritis group. The results showed that urine MALB content is mainly associated with clinical classification, urine MALB test can be used to understand the glomerular filtration membrane permeability, sensitive to glomerular disease early lesions, is an effective means of clinical detection of kidney disease .
