通过分析影响基层教练员训练积极性的因素,分别从内因和外因两个角度提出相对应解决方法。从内因上,要不断加强基层教练员思想意识教育,增加基层体育训练正能量。从外因上,要营造良好的体育氛围;增强基层教练员队伍建设;更要加大基层体育基础设施投入;还要加强基层教练员的思想领导。
By analyzing the factors that affect the training enthusiasm of grassroots coaches, this paper proposes corresponding solutions from the perspectives of internal and external causes respectively. From the internal reasons, we must continue to strengthen grassroots coaches ideological education, increase grassroots sports training positive energy. From external causes, we should create a good sports atmosphere; enhance the construction of grassroots coaches; more should increase grass-roots sports infrastructure investment; but also to strengthen grass-roots coaches thought leadership.
