我校一贯高度重视教师队伍建设与新教师的培养。校领导领衔主持了市基础教育重点课题《纲要背景下区域高素质教师队伍建设策略与途径研究》及市教育科研规划重点课题《海沧区新上岗教师三年培训规划行动研究》。作为我区学科教师人数最多的小学语文学科,也一直将本学科的教师队伍建设及新教师的培养作为教研工作的重中之重。在近些年的工作实践中,逐渐摸索出以下一些机制来促进我区小学语文教师专业发展,以建设专业和积极向上的学习型教研共同体。
Our school has always attached great importance to the construction of teachers and new teachers training. The school leadership led the city focused on key issues of basic education “under the background of the outline of the context of the construction of high-quality teachers team building strategies and approaches” and the city’s education and scientific research planning key project “Haicang District, the three-year training plan for new post teachers action research.” As the number of subject language teachers in primary schools in our region has also been the subject of teaching staff building and new teacher training as the top priority of teaching and research work. In recent years of work practice, we have gradually explored the following mechanisms to promote the professional development of primary school language teachers in our district so as to build a professional and positive learning-oriented teaching and research community.
