根据我国相关的法律规定,民事执行监督权、行政执行监督权和刑事执行监督权一起构成了人民检察院的执行监督权。执行监督权在人民检察院里是一项历史久远的检察业务,但是它同时也是在检察院各项检察事务中急需完善的重要业务。因此本文将以人民检察院执行监督权的基本概念为切入点,对于人民检察院执行监督权的特点,主要从内容和重点、主要组织形式、主要监督手段、客观要求和必然需求几方面进行介绍。最后对于完善人民检察院中的执行监督权分别从民事执行监督权、行政执行监督权以及刑事执行监督权三个方面提出建议。
According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, the power of civil execution and supervision, the power of administrative supervision and the supervisory power of criminal enforcement together form the supervisory power of the people’s procuratorate.
