钒(V)是人和动物体必需的微量元素之一,但是钒过量也会对人体产生多系统不同程度的损害。为研究钒的毒理作用,必需提供生物材料中微量钒的测定方法。但目前几种比色法测钒均不理想,近年来在矿物、钢铁分析中相继提出几种钒的极谱催化法,我们在此基础上经过摸索,拟定出两个生物材料中测钒的方法。
Vanadium (V) is one of the trace elements essential for human and animal body, but excessive vanadium can also cause different levels of damage to the human body. In order to study the toxicological effects of vanadium, it is necessary to provide a method for the determination of trace vanadium in biological materials. However, several colorimetric vanadium measurement are not ideal, in recent years in mineral and steel analysis have been proposed several polar vanadium catalytic method, we groping on this basis, to develop two bio-materials measured vanadium method.
