本文运用生物力学的研究方法和手段,借助先进的实验仪器(QUALISYS—MCU500)红外远射测试系统,对具有代表性的掩手肱捶动作全过程进行拍摄,以及应用QUALISYS系统中的Qtools软件和Excel软件对一些基本运动学指标进行计算。将掩手肱捶动作技术的分析进行生物力学方面的量化研究。对太极拳的拳理进行一定的科学验证和补充。揭示该动作在不同的时间变化过程中各技术要素所发生的变化,对该动作的规范化的教学与训练提供一些科学的实验依据。
