在充分考虑输送带黏弹性特性下,建立全新的数学模型对其受力进行分析。采用微元法以及MATLAB建模仿真等方式,确定了输送带最容易发生断裂的位置,并模拟出输送带承载段各点的位移、速度和力的曲线。通过对曲线的分析,为断带后抓捕设施的最佳安装位置和动作时间提供了理论依据。
Under the full consideration of the viscoelastic properties of the conveyor belt, a new mathematical model is established to analyze its force. By using the method of micro element method and MATLAB modeling and simulation, the location where the belt is most likely to be broken is determined, and the displacement, velocity and force curves at each point of the belt are simulated. Through the analysis of the curve, it provides a theoretical basis for the optimal installation position and operating time of the arresting facilities after breaking.
