目的了解晚期癌症患者不同情绪状况及其生命质量各因子的差异,为下一步干预研究奠定基础。方法应用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)、癌症患者生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)对150例晚期癌症患者进行调查。结果⑴晚期癌症患者焦虑发生率为67.4%,抑郁发生率为63.4%,焦虑抑郁共病率为50.7%,无症状发生率为20.0%;⑵不同情绪状况的4个分组在功能领域、总体健康状况、疲倦、疼痛、气促、食欲丧失因子得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在生命质量的多数领域,有症状患者比无症状患者,焦虑抑郁共病患者比单纯焦虑、抑郁患者的生命质量更差。
Objective To understand the differences of different emotional states and their quality of life in patients with advanced cancer and lay the foundation for the next intervention study. Methods A total of 150 patients with advanced cancer were investigated with HAD and EORTC QLQ-C30. Results (1) The incidence of anxiety in patients with advanced cancer was 67.4%, the incidence of depression was 63.4%, the rate of anxiety and depression was 50.7%, and the rate of asymptomatic was 20.0%. (2) The four groups with different emotional states had significant differences in functional areas, overall health There was significant difference in scores of condition, tiredness, pain, shortness of breath and loss of appetite (P <0.05). Conclusions In most areas of quality of life, symptomatic patients have worse quality of life than those with asymptomatic, anxiety and depression co-morbidities than those with simple anxiety and depression.
