随着转基因食品越来越多地步入人们的生活,关于转基因的讨论愈演愈烈。因为转基因食品安全存在不确定性,为保障消费者的知情权,给予其充分自由的选择权,各国纷纷提出了转基因食品标识的法律制度。美国联邦政府采取的是自愿标识制度,同时其中几个州采取的是强制标识制度,本文将通过介绍美国的相关法律规定,对比其与我国的不同。从其不完善的地方进行反思,同时也学习其先进的法律规定,去其糟粕,取其精华。
As GM foods move more and more into the lives of people, there is a growing debate about GMOs. Because of the uncertainty of the safety of genetically modified foods, in order to protect consumers’ right to know and to give them full freedom of choice, all countries have put forward the legal system of genetically modified foods. The United States federal government adopted a voluntary identification system, and several of these states adopted the mandatory identification system. This article will introduce the laws and regulations in the United States and compare the differences with our country. Reflect from its imperfect place, but also learn advanced legal provisions, to its dregs, whichever is best.
