在机器制造业中采用堆焊法制造各种金属切削工具,可以节約大量貴重的高速鋼材。近年来,堆焊的切削工具在我国許多机器工厂里已經成功的应用在生产上,为国家节省了大量財富。但是对于大型滾齿刀的堆焊还很少尝試。我們根据生产需要进行了这方面的试验,現在把試驗經过介紹出来,供大家参考。堆焊用焊条:这次試驗选用本厂自己生产的DD-3牌号(用CB08A钢絲作焊条芯)和DD—4牌号(用高速钢作焊条芯)高速钢电焊条。这两种焊条是我厂在以前生产的DD—2牌号和DD—1牌号高速钢焊条基础上試制成功的,只是把焊条的堆焊金属化学成分从P18(TOCT5952—51)調整到P9;
