河南郑州市总工会政研室报道为建设企业高技能人才队伍。未来两年,河南将加快推进企业技能人才评价试点,其中,重点对国有大中型企业开展技师以上高技能人才评价,对中小型企业重点开展高级工评价。企业技能人才评价试点,就是依据国家职业标准,由企业结合生产经营实际,对职工技能水平进行客观、公正的评价。这突破了传统对技能人才评价仅仅依靠职业资格证书单一型、社会化鉴定的评价方式,满足企业“—企一策”的实际需要。去年,河南省曾首批确定53家大中型优秀企业作为企业技能人才评价试点单位。在原有基础上,
