从12月1日起,中国将有包括新修改的《妇女权 益保障法》、《直销管理条例》、《进出口商品检验法实施 条例》、《放射性同位素与射线装置安全和防护条例》、 《互联网药品交易服务审批暂行规定》等31部法律、法 规和规章开始实施。其中,国家级法规24部,地方级法 规7部。这些法律、法规的实施,对禁止性骚扰和家庭 暴力,规范直销行为,封堵洋垃圾涌入国门,防止各类 辐射事故发生,放心地在互联网上购买处方药等将发 挥重要作用,有助于更好地维护公众合法权益。
