以转基因白桦试管苗为试材,采用草炭、黑土、河沙和蛭石混合物取代琼脂进行生根培养、带坨移栽,结果表明,经复壮培养的白桦试管苗接种到生根基质中,10 d左右在无根苗基部即可产生密集的不定根,生根培养40 d后,再经15 d~20 d的逐渐开瓶炼苗后即可带坨移栽,成活率高达到99%。
