针对高校工科电类课程教学中强调理论知识而弱化实践训练,注重教学内容而忽略教学效果的单向灌输式教学方式,以工科电类课程《模拟电子技术》为例,提出基于项目驱动的团队学习模式,介绍课程学习团队的构建与管理、团队研究项目设置、团队考核等环节。通过仿真测试、口头答辩、当场提问、课堂演示等途径来评价团队研究项目及判定团队成员贡献率,克服以往团队学习中普遍存在的搭便车、消极参与等弊端。结合课程学习团队组建与课程考核方式创新,本文在提高教学效果方面进行创新性实践,探索一种能有效培养团队合作,提升教学效果与效益的有效途径。
Aiming at the one-way inculcation teaching method which emphasizes the theoretical knowledge and weakens the practice training, and emphasizes the teaching content while neglecting the teaching effect, this article takes the analogue electronic technology course as an example to propose the project-driven team Learning mode, introduces the construction and management of course learning team, team research project setup, team assessment and other aspects. Through the simulation test, oral defense, on-the-spot questioning and classroom demonstration, the team evaluated the team research project and judged the contribution rate of the team members, overcoming the defects of the traditional free-riding and passive participation in team learning in the past. Combining with the construction of course learning team and the innovation of course examination methods, this paper carries out innovative practices in improving teaching effectiveness and explores an effective way to effectively cultivate teamwork and enhance teaching effectiveness and effectiveness.
