脂质纳米粒是一种极具潜力的新型药物传输载体,对脂质纳米粒表面修饰是近年来的研究热点。通过表面修饰的手段能有效的避免单核巨噬细胞的吞噬、延长脂质纳米粒在体内的循环时间、主动靶向于病灶部位。本文就脂质纳米粒的体内命运及脂质纳米粒表面修饰的研究进展做一综述。
Lipid nanoparticles are a promising new drug delivery vehicle. The modification of lipid nanoparticles is a hot research topic in recent years. Surface modification can effectively avoid phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophages, prolong the circulation time of lipid nanoparticles in the body, and actively target the lesion site. This article reviews the research progress of lipid nanoparticles in vivo fate and lipid nanoparticles surface modification.
