随着国家经济水平的提升、社会的发展,教育作为科教兴国的重要思想,国家在教育方面的投入越来越大。因此在偏远的农村教育中,国家也加大投入了新盖教学设施,提高了硬件水平,为更好地提高农村教育水平做了各方面准备。在硬件得到更新和提高的同时,应该从软件方面进行修整,以各方面提高农村教育水平。而新课程改革的不断推进到当前农村小学数学课堂中,农村小学数学教学质量悄然发生了变化,但是农村小学数学教学质量上还存在一些问题,这些问题对进一步提高小学数学教学尤为重要,也是需要解决的问题。只有解决了这些棘手的农村小学教学问题,才能使农村数学教学的教学方法更加有效。这样农村的教育水平才能从各方面提高,现在重点讨论下农村小学数学教学的有效性。
