近些年，社会用水安全意识普遍提高，城市饮用水水质检测指标增加到106项，而二次供水引发的水质安全事故频发．保障二次供水的水质安全成为城市饮用水安全保障体系的重要组成部分。本文指出二次供水确实影响水质，并分析了其造成污染的因素，提出相应改造原则。
