目的了解2011-2014年北京市引起腹泻的副溶血性弧菌血清分型及主要毒力基因特点。方法对561株副溶血性弧菌进行生化鉴定和血清学分型试验,应用实时荧光PCR方法检测毒力基因tlh、tdh和trh。结果 561株副溶血性弧菌有9个O群和23个K型,共34个血清型,以O3∶K6血清型为主,占67.6%(379/561)。2011-2014年血清型分布存在差异。561株副溶血性弧菌tlh、tdh和trh基因阳性率分别为100.0%(561/561),97.1%(545/561)和1.1%(6/561)。3种毒力基因分成4种类型,tlh+tdh+trh-为优势基因型,占96.4%(541/561)。结论 2011-2014年北京市引起腹泻的副溶血性弧菌有多种血清型,多为产毒株,以携带tlh和tdh基因的O3∶K6为优势血清型。通过对生化、血清分型和毒力基因检测结果进行综合分析,有助于提高副溶血性弧菌鉴定的正确性。
Objective To understand the serotypes and virulence genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Beijing from 2011 to 2014. Methods 561 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were biochemically identified and serotyped. The virulence genes tlh, tdh and trh were detected by real - time PCR. Results 561 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus had 9 O group and 23 K type with 34 serotypes, accounting for 67.6% (379/561) of the total, mainly O3: K6 serotypes. 2011-2014 serotype distribution differences. The positive rates of tlh, tdh and trh genes of 561 Vibrio parahaemolyticus were 100.0% (561/561), 97.1% (545/561) and 1.1% (6/561), respectively. The three virulence genes were divided into four types, tlh + tdh + trh- dominant genotype, accounting for 96.4% (541/561). Conclusions There are many serotypes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus causing diarrhea in Beijing from 2011 to 2014. Most of them are toxigenic strains, and O3: K6 carrying tlh and tdh genes is the predominant serotype. Through biochemical, serological typing and virulence gene test results for a comprehensive analysis, help to improve the correctness of Vibrio parahaemolyticus identification.
