概述了镶钢导轨几种热处理工艺方法的利弊,分析了导致机床镶钢导轨感应淬火变形大的主要原因。采用增加辅助淬硬区和调整淬硬层深度的方法,使工件淬火后内应力分布平衡,达到了淬硬和控制变形的目的。
The advantages and disadvantages of several heat treatment process methods are introduced, and the main causes of induction hardening deformation of machine tool inlaid steel are analyzed. Adopting the method of increasing the auxiliary hardened area and adjusting the depth of the hardened layer, the internal stress distribution is balanced after the workpiece is quenched to achieve the purpose of hardening and controlling the deformation.
