目的:通过建立肺癌恶病质小鼠模型,探讨益气养阴中药对提高癌症小鼠机体免疫功能及改善恶病质状态的效果。方法:将60只C57BL/6小鼠随机分为2大组(A组及B组),每大组分为健康对照组(NC)、甲羟基孕酮组(MPA)、低剂量中药治疗组(LTCM)、中剂量中药治疗组(MTCM)、高剂量中药治疗组(HTCM)以及模型对照组(NS)等6个亚组,每组6只小鼠,A组用于观察相关实验指标,B组30只按A组方式进行分组,用于观察生存时间。观察益气养阴中药对小鼠机体免疫功能、恶病质状态及生存时间影响。结果:与NS组相比,各治疗组小鼠用药后体重出现不同程度的增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与MPA及NS组相比,MTCM组小鼠治疗后血脂水平显著下降(P<0.05),且与NC组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TCM各剂量组中位生存时间显著优于NS及MPA组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。与各实验组相比,MTCM组用药后IL-2、IFN-γ显著上升,而IL-4、IL-10、显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴中药能有效调节小鼠机体免疫功能,消除炎症因子,改善小鼠血脂水平及营养状况。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a mouse model of cachexia for lung cancer, and to explore the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Chinese herbal medicine on improving immune function and improving the state of cachexia in mice with cancer. Methods: Sixty C57BL / 6 mice were randomly divided into two groups (group A and group B). Each group consisted of a healthy control group (NC), a medroxyprogesterone group (MPA), a low dose of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group 6 rats in each group were divided into 6 subgroups: control group (LTCM), MTCM group, HTCM group and model control group (NS). A group was used to observe the related experimental indexes, Group B, 30 were grouped by group A, for the observation of survival time. To observe the effects of Yiqi Yangyin Chinese herbs on immune function, cachexia status and survival time in mice. Results: Compared with NS group, the body weight of mice in each treatment group increased to some extent after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with MPA group and NS group, the level of blood lipid in MTCM group was significantly decreased (P <0.05), and there was no significant difference between NC group and MTCM group (P> 0.05). The median survival time of each TCM dose group was significantly better than that of NS and MPA groups (P <0.05). Compared with the experimental groups, the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in MTCM group were significantly increased, while the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in MTCM group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Yangyin Chinese medicine can effectively regulate immune function in mice, eliminate inflammatory cytokines and improve lipid levels and nutritional status in mice.
