为进一步推进我省构筑公路养护市场的改革,提高公路管理水平和公路养护质量及效益,结合我省实际,省政府批转了省交通厅制定的吉林省公路管理体制和养护运行机制改革方案。《方案》对改革的指导思想和总目标、主要内容、配套政策、相关问题的处理原则以及方法步骤都做了具体的阐述。
In order to further promote the province to build the road maintenance market reform, improve the quality of road management and highway maintenance quality and efficiency, combined with the actual situation in our province, the provincial government approved the provincial Department of Communications approved the development of Jilin Province highway management system and conservation operation mechanism reform program. The “Program” elaborates on the guiding ideology, overall objective, main content, supporting policies, principles of handling related issues and method steps of the reform.
