由于一些技术上的因素,筒仓常采用由独立柱支撑的方式。这种支撑方式会引起圆柱壳支撑区域压缩应力的积累,从而导致局部屈曲的发生。如何确定不同形状钢筋的支撑区域的壳内力仍是当前的重要研究课题。加固该区域的首选方法之一是将短钢筋与圆环相连。介绍了确定壳内力的试验结果和数值分析的研究过程。证明了直接支撑的加劲壳的整体抗性远远小于相似的、在周边使用统一支撑的加劲壳抗性。
Due to a number of technical factors, silos are often supported by separate columns. This support method will lead to the accumulation of compressive stress in the cylindrical shell support area, resulting in the occurrence of local buckling. It is still an important research topic to determine how to determine the internal force of shell in the support area of different shape steel bars. One of the preferred ways to reinforce this area is to connect the short reinforcement to the ring. The experimental results and numerical analysis of the determination of shell internal force are introduced. It is proved that the overall resistance of the directly supported stiffened shell is much less than that of the stiffened shell using a uniform support around the periphery.
