高职教育是以培养具有一定理论知识和较强实践能力的技术应用型人才为目标的,在高等教育中有着重要的地位。在社会经济高速发展的当今,需要提高高职教育的教育质量以适应生产力发展的要求,而提高高职教育质量的关键是提高高职院校的实训教学的质量,所以,我们要从思想上给与实训教学应有的重视。以我校为例,我校是一所民航总局直属的高职院校,由于行业要求的原因,所设专业课都是操作性较强的学科,必须依靠实训教学来提高教学质量,提升学习的综合素质,因此,在高职院校的专业课课程教学过程中,提高实训课程的教学质量是非常关键的。本文分析了现今高职院校的实训课程教学的现状,找出存在的问题,同时也阐述了提高实训教学质量的方法和措施。
