毛冬青甲素对冠心病等疾病有明显的疗效,且对血小板的凝集有抑制作用,为了进一步探讨其抑制作用的机理。本实验从毛冬青甲素对血浆 cAMP 及血小板内 cAMP 含量的变化进行了研究。实验结果表明,血浆 cAMP 的含量给药组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而血小板内 cAMP 的含量是给药组高于对照组(P<0.025)。提示毛冬青甲素对血小板的抑制作用是通过增加血小板内 cAMP的含量来实现的。说明其药理作用机理之一与增加血小板内 cAMP 水平有关。这一研究结果有可能为用活血化瘀法则防治冠心病等疾病提供分子药理学的依据。
Mao Dongqing A has obvious curative effect on coronary heart disease and other diseases, and has an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation, in order to further explore the mechanism of its inhibition. In this experiment, the changes of plasma cAMP and cAMP levels in platelets were studied from oxydrolin. The experimental results showed that there was no significant difference in plasma cAMP content between the administration group and the control group (P>0.05). The content of cAMP in platelets was higher in the administration group than in the control group (P<0.025). It is suggested that the inhibitory effect of platycodonin on platelets is achieved by increasing the cAMP content in platelets. One of its pharmacological mechanisms is related to the increase in platelet cAMP levels. The results of this study may provide molecular pharmacology for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and other diseases with the principle of blood circulation.
