Adriamycin (ADM) is an anthracycline-based broad-spectrum antitumor antibiotic that is structurally similar to daunorubicin but has one more hydroxyl group on the keto-side (14-C) side chain. Its main mechanism of action is to inhibit DNA synthesis by embedding two pairs of adjacent bases and forming complexes with DNA. Due to the broad anti-tumor spectrum, it has a good effect on various malignant tumors. Our hospital has applied M. oryzae since 1993
