世界上公认的提高心肺机能的最简单、有效的方法是进行长距离慢跑。12min跑则是以健心强身为目的的一种科学的有氧锻炼方式。目前,很多高校由于某些原因放弃了这种优良的锻炼方式,而湖南师范大学坚持把12min跑作为体育教学中的一个传统项目,取得了显著的成效。本文遵循以人为本的教学理念,对当前湖南师范大学使用的12min跑的评分标准作了简单的分析,并提出几点进一步完善的建议。以期避免教学过程中的隐患,消除学生对锻炼的误解,树立学生正确的锻炼态度,养成学生良好的健身习惯。
The easiest and most effective way to improve heart and lung function in the world is to jog over long distances. 12min run is a scientific aerobic exercise with the purpose of physical fitness. Currently, many colleges and universities for some reason to give up this excellent training methods, and Hunan Normal University insisted 12min run as a physical education in the traditional project has achieved remarkable results. This paper follows the teaching concept of people-oriented and makes a simple analysis of the current 12-minute running scale used by Hunan Normal University and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement. In order to avoid the hidden dangers in the teaching process, to eliminate the misunderstanding of students, to establish the correct attitude of students to develop good health habits of students.
