设计了GFRP增强水泥板/混凝土、BFRP增强水泥板/混凝土两类复合试件,研究碱性环境对两类复合试件界面粘结性能的劣化影响。分别把两类复合试件在5%Na OH溶液中浸泡7 d、15 d、35 d、70 d后进行推出试验,通过对其界面剪切粘结应力、相对滑移及界面应变的测试和分析,得出了碱性环境下两类复合试件的界面粘结性能衰减规律,并对两类纤维复合试件在碱性环境中的劣化性能进行了对比分析。试验表明在碱性侵蚀15 d内,GFRP类复合试件和BFRP类复合试件的各项界面性能指标均急剧衰减,其中BFRP类复合试件的界面性能劣化程度更为严重。
GFRP reinforced cement board/concrete and BFRP reinforced cement board/concrete composite test pieces were designed to study the effect of alkaline environment on the degradation of the interface bonding properties of the two types of composite test pieces. The two types of composite specimens were immersed in 5% NaOH solution for 7 days, 15 days, 35 days, and 70 days, respectively, after being pushed out, and tested for interfacial shear bond stress, relative slip, and interface strain. Based on the analysis, the attenuation law of interfacial adhesion properties of two kinds of composite specimens under alkaline environment was obtained, and the degradation performance of the two types of fiber composite specimens in alkaline environment was compared and analyzed. The tests showed that the interfacial performance indexes of GFRP composite specimens and BFRP composite specimens attenuate rapidly within 15 days of alkaline erosion, among which the interfacial performance degradation of BFRP composite specimens is more serious.
