目的研究莪术醇饵剂对布氏田鼠的不育效果。方法药饵浓度分别为0.1%、0.2%和0.4%,对照组饲喂药饵饵基;采用自由取食方式给药,连续饲喂3周后剖检,剖检时观测试鼠生殖器官形态并计算脏器系数,对雄鼠测定其精子品质。结果莪术醇对雌雄两性布氏田鼠均有抗生育作用;对雌鼠,0.2%、0.4%浓度组雌鼠卵巢发育异常,卵泡滞育;各剂量组试鼠子宫脏器系数升高、子宫水肿,水肿程度与给药浓度呈正相关;对雄鼠,给药试鼠精子活力、密度、存活率降低,精子畸形率上升,且畸形精子表现为顶体帽缺失;给药试鼠附睾脏器系数降低,且降低程度与给药浓度呈正相关;莪术醇药饵对雌雄布氏田鼠个体发育无影响。结论莪术醇对布氏田鼠有抗生育作用,但药物作用持续时间及作用是否可逆等问题需进一步研究。
Objective To study the sterility effect of Curcuma alcohol bait on Brandt’s vole. Methods The drug bait concentrations were 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4%, respectively. The control group was fed the bait bait. Free feeding was used to feed the rats for 3 weeks. The organ coefficient was calculated, and sperm quality was determined in male rats. Results Curcumol had anti-fertility effect on both male and female Brandt’s voles. In female rats, ovariectomized and ovarian follicles were diapause in female rats at 0.2% and 0.4% concentrations. The uterus organ coefficient increased, uterine edema , The degree of edema was positively correlated with the administration concentration; on the male rats, the sperm motility, density and survival rate decreased, the sperm deformity rate increased and the acrosomal capsaicin showed a loss of acrosome; Decreased, and the degree of decrease was positively correlated with the drug concentration. Curcumol drug bait had no effect on the individual development of Brandt’s voles (Microtus brandti). Conclusion Curcumol has anti-fertility effects on Brandt’s vole (Microtus brandti), however, the duration of drug action and the reversible effect of the drug need further study.
