建立了高颈法兰封闭轧制成形的有限元模型,基于DEFORM-3D有限元软件进行了高颈法兰封闭轧制过程模拟。应用试验设计方法研究了轧件初始温度、驱动辊转速、压实辊进给速度对成形质量的影响规律。通过正交试验设计和均匀试验设计方法对工艺参数进行了优化,得到了轧制工艺参数的最优组合。
A finite element model of high-necked flange closed rolling was established. Based on DEFORM-3D finite element software, a high-neck flange closed rolling process simulation was carried out. The influence of the initial temperature of the rolling stock, the rotational speed of the driving roller and the feeding speed of the compaction roller on the forming quality was studied by the experimental design method. Through orthogonal test design and uniform test design method to optimize the process parameters obtained the optimal combination of rolling process parameters.
