中国国有企业和民营企业在进入非洲市场时选择不同的进入模式以及其相关因素是什么,对于研究市场投资模式有着非常重要的参考作用。通过研究建立一个概念性的模型,用以分析在非洲市场中,中国企业的进入模式偏好与这些因素之间的动态关系。该项研究采取演绎与归纳的研究方法,以案例研究和二手数据分析作为主要的研究支持。经研究发现中国国有和民营企业选择不同的进入非洲模式与五大因素息息相关(国际动机、管理知识、效率、资源竞争力、政治风险),本文将深入研究这些因素并将其集成为一个概念模型。
It is very important for Chinese state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises to choose different modes of entry and their related factors when they enter the African market. It is very important for studying the market investment mode. Through research, we set up a conceptual model to analyze the dynamic relationship between Chinese enterprises’ entry mode preferences and these factors in the African market. The study takes a deductive and inductive approach to research, using case studies and secondhand data analysis as the main research supports. The study finds that the choices of different modes of entry into Africa are closely related to the five major factors (international motivation, management knowledge, efficiency, resource competitiveness and political risks). This article will study these factors in-depth and integrate them into a conceptual model.
