依托浙江象山县的象西线和沿海南线上的16座桥的基于光纤光栅传感技术的一体化实时监测系统,在不增加桥头称重系统等额外投资的前提下实现了对通行的重载车及其重量的识别。利用光纤光栅应变传感器采集到的高速应变数据,通过分析能够识别重载车辆的车重及其时间、空间分布,有助于对重载车辆经过下桥梁的运行状况进行监测及评估,重车统计记录数据也有助于制定相关桥梁养护管理措施。
Based on the integrated real-time monitoring system based on FBG sensing technology of the 16 bridges on the Xiangxi line in Xiangshan county of Zhejiang province and the south coastline in the south of China, the heavy traffic is achieved without any additional investment such as bridgehead weighing system Car and its weight recognition. By analyzing the high-speed strain data collected by the FBG strain sensor, the analysis can recognize the weight, time and space distribution of the heavy-duty vehicles, which can help to monitor and evaluate the operation status of the heavy-haul vehicles through the lower bridge. Recording data also helps in the development of relevant bridge conservation management measures.
