采用亲水性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜制成膜组件,通过膜生物反应器(MBR)法处理食品加工废水,研究其处理废水性能,并探讨MBR反应器中膜的过滤及抗污染性能。结果表明,所采用的PVDF膜的孔径为0.22~0.30μm,新膜的水接触角在8 s左右由70°降至0°,0.1MPa下膜初始纯水通量为1 581L/(h·m2);在经过沉淀处理的污水进水的COD和浊度分别为400~800mg/L和90~110度、在HRT为10 h的条件下,MBR抽滤出水的COD和浊度分别为40~50mg/L和3~7度,膜组件在MBR反应器中不进行反冲、仅采用常规曝气冲刷-间隙抽滤的条件下运行30 d,膜在30kPa下的平衡过滤通量为30~40L/(h·m2),显示出良好的抗污性。
A membrane module made of hydrophilic polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane was used to treat the wastewater of food processing through the membrane bioreactor (MBR) method to study the performance of the wastewater treatment and the membrane filtration and anti-pollution performance in the MBR reactor . The results showed that the pore size of the PVDF membrane was 0.22-0.30μm. The water contact angle of the new membrane decreased from 70 ° to 0 ° in about 8 s. The initial pure water flux at 0.1 MPa was 1 581 L / (h · m2). The COD and turbidity of wastewater infiltrated by sedimentation were 400-800 mg / L and 90-110 degrees respectively. Under HRT of 10 h, the COD and turbidity of effluent from MBR were 40 ~ 50mg / L and 3 ~ 7degree. The membrane modules were not recoiled in the MBR reactor and operated for 30 days under normal aeration-interstitial suction filtration. The membrane filtration flux at 30kPa was 30 ~ 40L / (h · m2), showing good stain resistance.
