我国直接空冷技术应用到火力发电厂起步较晚,到目前为止,200 MW以上火力发电厂采用直接空冷技术的只有山西平旺电厂的220 MW热电联合直接空冷机组(已投入生产),山西大同二电厂2×600 MW直接空冷机组(正在整套试运阶段),内蒙古上都电厂的2×600 MW直接空冷机组(正在安装建设中)。文中介绍了直接空冷系统的结构与冷却过程,并通过对大同二电厂空冷岛试运过程中冻结事例的分析,给出直接空冷系统空冷岛的防冻措施。
China’s direct air cooling technology applied to the thermal power plant started late, so far, 200 MW above the thermal power plant using direct air cooling technology only Shanxi Ping Wang power plant 220 MW combined direct air cooling unit (which has been put into production), Shanxi Datong II Power Plant 2 × 600 MW direct air-cooled units (the entire trial phase), Inner Mongolia Power Plant 2 × 600 MW direct air-cooled unit (under construction). In this paper, the structure and cooling process of direct air cooling system are introduced. By analyzing the freezing cases in air cooling island during trial operation in Datong No.2 power plant, the antifreezing measures of air cooling island in direct air cooling system are given.
