本研究应用[~3H]二苯羟乙酸奎宁酯([~3H]QNB)放射自显影(ARG)和放射受体分析法(RRA)研究了大白鼠脊髓腰段M受体的正常分布,以及切断背根,辣椒素处理条件下脊髓后角胶状质内M受体的变化,并结合酸性磷酸酶(AcP)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)组织化学研究其与一级传入的关系。结果发现:
