‘三白萝卜’系以“北京白×日本大樱”的F1作为母本,与(黄×石)为父本,组合而成的一代杂种的秋冬萝卜。北京白是具有丰产性的秋冬萝卜,从中选出了不育系。根据其系内对交及父本自交后不育率的卡方测定,其不育性符合由细胞质S基因与细胞核中两对隐性基因所控制的理论比值。又从日本大樱品种中,选出北京白不育系的异型保持系。(黄×石)系以黄州与石庄白两个地方良种,杂交后代中,筛选出的常规品种。三白萝卜是继承了三亲本的丰产性,抗性强及风味佳的优点。在试验过程中,进行了同工酶测定.在三白萝卜酯酶谱带中,不仅显示出各亲本的各酶带,并出现了亲本所不具备的D带,即所谓杂交酶带。
’Three White Radishes’ is a hybrid of autumn and winter radishes made from the combination of “Beijing White × Japanese Cherry” F1 as the female parent and (Yellow × Stone) as the male parent. Beijing white is a high yield of autumn and winter radish, from which the CMS was selected.
