采用ＨＢＶＤＮＡ转染细胞（２．２．１５细胞）为靶细胞，用Ａｒａ－Ａｍｐ为阳性对照药，观察在不同浓度下白马骨根水提取物对２．２．１５细胞表达ＨＢｓＡｇ、ＨＢｅＡｇ的影响。结果显示：白马骨根水提取物在１２．５ｍｇ～１００ｍｇ／ｍｌ的浓度范围内，对２．２．１５细胞分泌ＨＢｓＡｇ、ＨＢｅＡｇ有抑制作用。
HBV DNA transfected cells (2.2.15 cells) were used as target cells, and Ara-Amp was used as a positive control drug to observe the effect of water extract of white horses’ bone and bone on the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg in 2.2.15 cells at different concentrations. . The results showed that: White horse bone water extract in the concentration range of 12.5mg ~ 100mg/ml, 2.2.15 cell secretion of HBsAg, HBeAg inhibition.
