统计资料显示，1997年上半年浦东新区的房地产业保持平稳发展，投资结构得到调整，有效需求进一步扩大，房地产市场显有序发展之势。一、新区房地产业的现状至6月末，注册在浦东的房地产企业共有745家，资本金合计为356．6亿元，资产总计为1453．3亿元，职工人数为2．29万人。
Statistics show that in the first half of 1997, the real estate industry in Pudong New Area maintained a steady development.
