目的探讨玄芷镇痛片对急性血瘀模型大鼠血浆6-酮-前列腺素Flα(6-K-PGFlα)和血栓素B2(TXB2)的影响。方法 SD大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、玄芷镇痛片1.36,2.72,5.44 g·kg-1组,共6组,各10只。采用皮下注射肾上腺素加冰水冷浴法制造大鼠血瘀模型,观察玄芷镇痛片对急性血瘀模型大鼠血浆6-KPGFlα、TXB2含量的影响。结果模型组与正常对照组比较,6-K-PGFlα水平降低(P<0.01),TXB2水平升高(P<0.01);玄芷镇痛片3个剂量组血浆中6-K-PGFlα水平均明显升高(均P<0.05),TXB2水平均明显降低(均P<0.05)。结论玄芷镇痛片对急性血瘀模型大鼠血浆6-K-PGFlα、TXB2均有明显调节作用,通过升高血浆6-K-PGFlα水平,降低TXB2水平,以纠正前列环素与血栓素A2之间的平衡失调。
Objective To investigate the effects of Xuanzhi Zhitong Tablet on plasma 6-keto-prostaglandin Flα (6-K-PGFlα) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2) in acute blood stasis model rats. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, positive control group, xuanzhi analgesic tablets 1.36,2.72,5.44 g · kg-1 group, a total of 6 groups of 10 each. Subcutaneous injection of epinephrine plus ice-water bath method for the manufacture of rat blood stasis model to observe Xuanzhi Zhoutong tablets on acute blood stasis model rats plasma 6-KPGFlα, TXB2 content. Results The levels of 6-K-PGFlα and TXB2 in the model group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group (P <0.01) (All P <0.05), TXB2 levels were significantly lower (all P <0.05). Conclusions Xuanzhi Zhitong Tablet can obviously regulate the level of 6-K-PGFlα, TXB2 in rats with acute blood stasis, and reduce TXB2 level by increasing the level of plasma 6-K-PGFlα, so as to correct the relationship between prostacyclin and thromboxane A2 balance between the imbalance.
