一、过去门诊工作的特点过去门诊是一个行政单位,但很多工作和病区连在一起,由于病区工作繁重,所以考虑一切工作总是以病区工作为主,“面向连队,为兵服务”的思想不十分明确,门诊制度没有得到徹底改革,造成了一些问题。1.门诊工作的安排门诊固定医生23名,护士15名,司药4名,化验员3名,牙科技师1名,技术员3名,挂号员3名,护理员5名,清洁员3名,主任1名,政教1名,护士长1名,文书1名。为了业务提高不受影响,医生、司药、化验员又采取定期和同科病区互相对调,平时一部分人固定在门诊,其目的之一是为使病区工作不受影响。由于门诊人员固定,所
